마태복음 13:53-58입니다. 

하루를 시작하시면서 본문을 읽고, 삶을 살고, 

그 다음날 또 다시 본문을 읽고, 삶을 살면서, 

말씀이 삶에 공명하는 부분을 

발견하실 수 있기를 소망합니다.

마태복음 13:53-58 [개역개정]

53 예수께서 이 모든 비유를 마치신 후에 그 곳을 떠나서

54 고향으로 돌아가사 그들의 회당에서 가르치시니 그들이 놀라 이르되 이 사람의 이 지혜와 이런 능력이 어디서 났느냐

55 이는 그 목수의 아들이 아니냐 그 어머니는 마리아, 그 형제들은 야고보, 요셉, 시몬, 유다라 하지 않느냐

56 그 누이들은 다 우리와 함께 있지 아니하냐 그런즉 이 사람의 이 모든 것이 어디서 났느냐 하고

57 예수를 배척한지라 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하시되 선지자가 자기 고향과 자기 집 외에서는 존경을 받지 않음이 없느니라 하시고

58 그들이 믿지 않음으로 말미암아 거기서 많은 능력을 행하지 아니하시니라

53 When Jesus had finished these parables, he moved on from there.

54 Coming to his home town, he began teaching the people in their synagogue, and they were amazed. ‘Where did this man get this wisdom and these miraculous powers?’ they asked.

55 ‘Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas?

56 Aren’t all his sisters with us? Where then did this man get all these things?’

57 And they took offence at him. But Jesus said to them, ‘A prophet is not without honour except in his own town and in his own home.’

58 And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith.

53 Und es begab sich, als Jesus diese Gleichnisse vollendet hatte, ging er davon

54 und kam in seine Vaterstadt und lehrte sie in ihrer Synagoge, sodass sie sich entsetzten und sprachen: Woher hat dieser solche Weisheit und solche Machttaten?

55 Ist das nicht der Sohn des Zimmermanns? Heißt nicht seine Mutter Maria? Und seine Brüder Jakobus und Josef und Simon und Judas?

56 Und seine Schwestern, sind sie nicht alle bei uns? Woher hat er denn dies alles?

57 Und sie ärgerten sich an ihm. Jesus aber sprach zu ihnen: Ein Prophet gilt nirgends weniger als in seinem Vaterland und in seinem Hause.

58 Und er tat dort nicht viele Machttaten um ihres Unglaubens willen.
