그 다음날 또 다시 본문을 읽고, 삶을 살면서, 

말씀이 삶에 공명하는 부분을 

발견하실 수 있기를 소망합니다.

마태복음 23:25-39 [개역개정]

25 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 잔과 대접의 겉은 깨끗이 하되 그 안에는 탐욕과 방탕으로 가득하게 하는도다

26 눈 먼 바리새인이여 너는 먼저 안을 깨끗이 하라 그리하면 겉도 깨끗하리라

27 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 회칠한 무덤 같으니 겉으로는 아름답게 보이나 그 안에는 죽은 사람의 뼈와 모든 더러운 것이 가득하도다

28 이와 같이 너희도 겉으로는 사람에게 옳게 보이되 안으로는 외식과 불법이 가득하도다

29 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 너희는 선지자들의 무덤을 만들고 의인들의 비석을 꾸미며 이르되

30 만일 우리가 조상 때에 있었더라면 우리는 그들이 선지자의 피를 흘리는 데 참여하지 아니하였으리라 하니

31 그러면 너희가 선지자를 죽인 자의 자손임을 스스로 증명함이로다

32 너희가 너희 조상의 분량을 채우라

33 뱀들아 독사의 새끼들아 너희가 어떻게 지옥의 판결을 피하겠느냐

34 그러므로 내가 너희에게 선지자들과 지혜 있는 자들과 서기관들을 보내매 너희가 그 중에서 더러는 죽이거나 십자가에 못 박고 그 중에서 더러는 너희 회당에서 채찍질하고 이 동네에서 저 동네로 따라다니며 박해하리라

35 그러므로 의인 아벨의 피로부터 성전과 제단 사이에서 너희가 죽인 바라갸의 아들 사가랴의 피까지 땅 위에서 흘린 의로운 피가 다 너희에게 돌아가리라

36 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 이것이 다 이 세대에 돌아가리라

37 예루살렘아 예루살렘아 선지자들을 죽이고 네게 파송된 자들을 돌로 치는 자여 암탉이 그 새끼를 날개 아래에 모음 같이 내가 네 자녀를 모으려 한 일이 몇 번이더냐 그러나 너희가 원하지 아니하였도다

38 보라 너희 집이 황폐하여 버려진 바 되리라

39 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이제부터 너희는 찬송하리로다 주의 이름으로 오시는 이여 할 때까지 나를 보지 못하리라 하시니라

Matthew 23:25-39 [NIV]

25 ‘Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

27 ‘Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.

28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

29 ‘Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous.

30 And you say, “If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.”

31 So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets.

32 Go ahead, then, and complete what your ancestors started!

33 ‘You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?

34 Therefore I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town.

35 And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.

36 Truly I tell you, all this will come upon this generation.

37 ‘Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.

38 Look, your house is left to you desolate.

39 For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.” ’

Matthäus 23,25-39 [LUT]

25 Weh euch, Schriftgelehrte und Pharisäer, ihr Heuchler, die ihr die Becher und Schüsseln außen reinigt, innen aber sind sie voller Raub und Gier!

26 Du blinder Pharisäer, reinige zuerst das Innere des Bechers, damit auch das Äußere rein werde!

27 Weh euch, Schriftgelehrte und Pharisäer, ihr Heuchler, die ihr seid wie die übertünchten Gräber, die von außen hübsch scheinen, aber innen sind sie voller Totengebeine und lauter Unrat!

28 So auch ihr: Von außen scheint ihr vor den Menschen gerecht, aber innen seid ihr voller Heuchelei und missachtet das Gesetz.

29 Weh euch, Schriftgelehrte und Pharisäer, ihr Heuchler, die ihr den Propheten Grabmäler baut und schmückt die Gräber der Gerechten

30 und sprecht: Hätten wir zu Zeiten unserer Väter gelebt, so wären wir nicht mit ihnen schuldig geworden am Blut der Propheten!

31 Damit bezeugt ihr von euch selbst, dass ihr Kinder derer seid, die die Propheten getötet haben.

32 Wohlan, macht auch ihr das Maß eurer Väter voll!

33 Ihr Schlangen, ihr Otterngezücht! Wie wollt ihr der höllischen Verdammnis entrinnen?

34 Darum: Siehe, ich sende zu euch Propheten und Weise und Schriftgelehrte; von ihnen werdet ihr einige töten und kreuzigen, und einige werdet ihr geißeln in euren Synagogen und werdet sie verfolgen von einer Stadt zur andern,

35 auf dass über euch komme all das gerechte Blut, das vergossen ist auf Erden, vom Blut Abels, des Gerechten, bis zum Blut Secharjas, des Sohnes Berechjas, den ihr getötet habt zwischen Tempel und Altar.

36 Wahrlich, ich sage euch: Das alles wird über dieses Geschlecht kommen.

37 Jerusalem, Jerusalem, die du tötest die Propheten und steinigst, die zu dir gesandt sind! Wie oft habe ich deine Kinder versammeln wollen, wie eine Henne ihre Küken versammelt unter ihre Flügel; und ihr habt nicht gewollt!

38 Siehe, »euer Haus soll euch wüst gelassen werden«

39 Denn ich sage euch: Ihr werdet mich von jetzt an nicht sehen, bis ihr sprecht: Gelobt sei, der da kommt im Namen des Herrn!
