마태복음 27:27-56 [개역개정]

27 이에 총독의 군병들이 예수를 데리고 관정 안으로 들어가서 온 군대를 그에게로 모으고

28 그의 옷을 벗기고 홍포를 입히며

29 가시관을 엮어 그 머리에 씌우고 갈대를 그 오른손에 들리고 그 앞에서 무릎을 꿇고 희롱하여 이르되 유대인의 왕이여 평안할지어다 하며

30 그에게 침 뱉고 갈대를 빼앗아 그의 머리를 치더라

31 희롱을 다 한 후 홍포를 벗기고 도로 그의 옷을 입혀 십자가에 못 박으려고 끌고 나가니라

32 나가다가 시몬이란 구레네 사람을 만나매 그에게 예수의 십자가를 억지로 지워 가게 하였더라

33 골고다 즉 해골의 곳이라는 곳에 이르러

34 쓸개 탄 포도주를 예수께 주어 마시게 하려 하였더니 예수께서 맛보시고 마시고자 하지 아니하시더라

35 그들이 예수를 십자가에 못 박은 후에 그 옷을 제비 뽑아 나누고

36 거기 앉아 지키더라

37 그 머리 위에 이는 유대인의 왕 예수라 쓴 죄패를 붙였더라

38 이 때에 예수와 함께 강도 둘이 십자가에 못 박히니 하나는 우편에, 하나는 좌편에 있더라

39 지나가는 자들은 자기 머리를 흔들며 예수를 모욕하여

40 이르되 성전을 헐고 사흘에 짓는 자여 네가 만일 하나님의 아들이어든 자기를 구원하고 십자가에서 내려오라 하며

41 그와 같이 대제사장들도 서기관들과 장로들과 함께 희롱하여 이르되

42 그가 남은 구원하였으되 자기는 구원할 수 없도다 그가 이스라엘의 왕이로다 지금 십자가에서 내려올지어다 그리하면 우리가 믿겠노라

43 그가 하나님을 신뢰하니 하나님이 원하시면 이제 그를 구원하실지라 그의 말이 나는 하나님의 아들이라 하였도다 하며

44 함께 십자가에 못 박힌 강도들도 이와 같이 욕하더라

45 제육시로부터 온 땅에 어둠이 임하여 제구시까지 계속되더니

46 제구시쯤에 예수께서 크게 소리 질러 이르시되 엘리 엘리 라마 사박다니 하시니 이는 곧 나의 하나님, 나의 하나님, 어찌하여 나를 버리셨나이까 하는 뜻이라

47 거기 섰던 자 중 어떤 이들이 듣고 이르되 이 사람이 엘리야를 부른다 하고

48 그 중의 한 사람이 곧 달려가서 해면을 가져다가 신 포도주에 적시어 갈대에 꿰어 마시게 하거늘

49 그 남은 사람들이 이르되 가만 두라 엘리야가 와서 그를 구원하나 보자 하더라

50 예수께서 다시 크게 소리 지르시고 영혼이 떠나시니라

51 이에 성소 휘장이 위로부터 아래까지 찢어져 둘이 되고 땅이 진동하며 바위가 터지고

52 무덤들이 열리며 자던 성도의 몸이 많이 일어나되

53 예수의 부활 후에 그들이 무덤에서 나와서 거룩한 성에 들어가 많은 사람에게 보이니라

54 백부장과 및 함께 예수를 지키던 자들이 지진과 그 일어난 일들을 보고 심히 두려워하여 이르되 이는 진실로 하나님의 아들이었도다 하더라

55 예수를 섬기며 갈릴리에서부터 따라온 많은 여자가 거기 있어 멀리서 바라보고 있으니

56 그 중에는 막달라 마리아와 또 야고보와 요셉의 어머니 마리아와 또 세베대의 아들들의 어머니도 있더라

27 Then the governor’s soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole company of soldiers round him.

28 They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him,

29 and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand. Then they knelt in front of him and mocked him. ‘Hail, king of the Jews!’ they said.

30 They spat on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again.

31 After they had mocked him, they took off the robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him away to crucify him.

32 As they were going out, they met a man from Cyrene, named Simon, and they forced him to carry the cross.

33 They came to a place called Golgotha (which means ‘the place of the skull’).

34 There they offered Jesus wine to drink, mixed with gall; but after tasting it, he refused to drink it.

35 When they had crucified him, they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

36 And sitting down, they kept watch over him there.

37 Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews.

38 Two rebels were crucified with him, one on his right and one on his left.

39 Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads

40 and saying, ‘You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!’

41 In the same way the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders mocked him.

42 ‘He saved others,’ they said, ‘but he can’t save himself! He’s the king of Israel! Let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him.

43 He trusts in God. Let God rescue him now if he wants him, for he said, “I am the Son of God.” ’

44 In the same way the rebels who were crucified with him also heaped insults on him.

45 From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land.

46 About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, ‘Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?’ (which means ‘My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’).

47 When some of those standing there heard this, they said, ‘He’s calling Elijah.’

48 Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a staff, and offered it to Jesus to drink.

49 The rest said, ‘Now leave him alone. Let’s see if Elijah comes to save him.’

50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split

52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life.

53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.

54 When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, ‘Surely he was the Son of God!’

55 Many women were there, watching from a distance. They had followed Jesus from Galilee to care for his needs.

56 Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Joseph, and the mother of Zebedee’s sons.

27 Da nahmen die Soldaten des Statthalters Jesus mit sich in das Prätorium und versammelten um ihn die ganze Kohorte

28 und zogen ihn aus und legten ihm einen roten Mantel an

29 und flochten eine Dornenkrone und setzten sie auf sein Haupt und gaben ihm ein Rohr in seine rechte Hand und beugten die Knie vor ihm und verspotteten ihn und sprachen: Gegrüßet seist du, der Juden König!,

30 und spien ihn an und nahmen das Rohr und schlugen damit auf sein Haupt.

31 Und als sie ihn verspottet hatten, zogen sie ihm den Mantel aus und zogen ihm seine Kleider an und führten ihn ab, um ihn zu kreuzigen.

32 Und als sie hinausgingen, fanden sie einen Menschen aus Kyrene mit Namen Simon; den zwangen sie, dass er ihm sein Kreuz trug.

33 Und als sie an die Stätte kamen mit Namen Golgatha, das heißt: Schädelstätte,

34 gaben sie ihm Wein zu trinken mit Galle vermischt; und da er’s schmeckte, wollte er nicht trinken.

35 Als sie ihn aber gekreuzigt hatten, verteilten sie seine Kleider und warfen das Los darum.

36 Und sie saßen da und bewachten ihn.

37 Und oben über sein Haupt setzten sie eine Aufschrift mit der Ursache seines Todes: Dies ist Jesus, der Juden König.

38 Da wurden zwei Räuber mit ihm gekreuzigt, einer zur Rechten und einer zur Linken.

39 Die aber vorübergingen, lästerten ihn und schüttelten ihre Köpfe

40 und sprachen: Der du den Tempel abbrichst und baust ihn auf in drei Tagen, hilf dir selber, wenn du Gottes Sohn bist, und steig herab vom Kreuz!

41 Desgleichen spotteten auch die Hohenpriester mit den Schriftgelehrten und Ältesten und sprachen:

42 Andern hat er geholfen und kann sich selber nicht helfen. Er ist der König von Israel, er steige nun herab vom Kreuz. Dann wollen wir an ihn glauben.

43 Er hat Gott vertraut; der erlöse ihn nun, wenn er Gefallen an ihm hat; denn er hat gesagt: Ich bin Gottes Sohn.

44 Desgleichen schmähten ihn auch die Räuber, die mit ihm gekreuzigt waren.

45 Von der sechsten Stunde an kam eine Finsternis über das ganze Land bis zur neunten Stunde.

46 Und um die neunte Stunde schrie Jesus laut: Eli, Eli, lama asabtani? Das heißt: Mein Gott, mein Gott, warum hast du mich verlassen?

47 Einige aber, die da standen, als sie das hörten, sprachen sie: Der ruft nach Elia.

48 Und sogleich lief einer von ihnen, nahm einen Schwamm und füllte ihn mit Essig und steckte ihn auf ein Rohr und gab ihm zu trinken.

49 Die andern aber sprachen: Halt, lasst uns sehen, ob Elia komme und ihm helfe!

50 Aber Jesus schrie abermals laut und verschied.

51 Und siehe, der Vorhang im Tempel zerriss in zwei Stücke von oben an bis unten aus. Und die Erde erbebte, und die Felsen zerrissen,

52 und die Gräber taten sich auf und viele Leiber der entschlafenen Heiligen standen auf

53 und gingen aus den Gräbern nach seiner Auferstehung und kamen in die heilige Stadt und erschienen vielen.

54 Als aber der Hauptmann und die mit ihm Jesus bewachten das Erdbeben sahen und was da geschah, erschraken sie sehr und sprachen: Wahrlich, dieser ist Gottes Sohn gewesen!

55 Und es waren viele Frauen da, die von ferne zusahen; die waren Jesus aus Galiläa nachgefolgt und hatten ihm gedient;

56 unter ihnen war Maria Magdalena und Maria, die Mutter des Jakobus und Josef, und die Mutter der Söhne des Zebedäus.

11 예수께서 총독 앞에 섰으매 총독이 물어 이르되 네가 유대인의 왕이냐 예수께서 대답하시되 네 말이 옳도다 하시고

12 대제사장들과 장로들에게 고발을 당하되 아무 대답도 아니하시는지라

13 이에 빌라도가 이르되 그들이 너를 쳐서 얼마나 많은 것으로 증언하는지 듣지 못하느냐 하되

14 한 마디도 대답하지 아니하시니 총독이 크게 놀라워하더라

15 명절이 되면 총독이 무리의 청원대로 죄수 한 사람을 놓아 주는 전례가 있더니

16 그 때에 바라바라 하는 유명한 죄수가 있는데

17 그들이 모였을 때에 빌라도가 물어 이르되 너희는 내가 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 바라바냐 그리스도라 하는 예수냐 하니

18 이는 그가 그들의 시기로 예수를 넘겨 준 줄 앎이더라

19 총독이 재판석에 앉았을 때에 그의 아내가 사람을 보내어 이르되 저 옳은 사람에게 아무 상관도 하지 마옵소서 오늘 꿈에 내가 그 사람으로 인하여 애를 많이 태웠나이다 하더라

20 대제사장들과 장로들이 무리를 권하여 바라바를 달라 하게 하고 예수를 죽이자 하게 하였더니

21 총독이 대답하여 이르되 둘 중의 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 이르되 바라바로소이다

22 빌라도가 이르되 그러면 그리스도라 하는 예수를 내가 어떻게 하랴 그들이 다 이르되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다

23 빌라도가 이르되 어찜이냐 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 그들이 더욱 소리 질러 이르되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 하는지라

24 빌라도가 아무 성과도 없이 도리어 민란이 나려는 것을 보고 물을 가져다가 무리 앞에서 손을 씻으며 이르되 이 사람의 피에 대하여 나는 무죄하니 너희가 당하라

25 백성이 다 대답하여 이르되 그 피를 우리와 우리 자손에게 돌릴지어다 하거늘

26 이에 바라바는 그들에게 놓아 주고 예수는 채찍질하고 십자가에 못 박히게 넘겨 주니라

11 Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, ‘Are you the king of the Jews?’ ‘You have said so,’ Jesus replied.

12 When he was accused by the chief priests and the elders, he gave no answer.

13 Then Pilate asked him, ‘Don’t you hear the testimony they are bringing against you?’

14 But Jesus made no reply, not even to a single charge – to the great amazement of the governor.

15 Now it was the governor’s custom at the festival to release a prisoner chosen by the crowd.

16 At that time they had a well-known prisoner whose name was Jesus Barabbas.

17 So when the crowd had gathered, Pilate asked them, ‘Which one do you want me to release to you: Jesus Barabbas, or Jesus who is called the Messiah?’

18 For he knew it was out of self-interest that they had handed Jesus over to him.

19 While Pilate was sitting on the judge’s seat, his wife sent him this message: ‘Don’t have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him.’

20 But the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and to have Jesus executed.

21 ‘Which of the two do you want me to release to you?’ asked the governor. ‘Barabbas,’ they answered.

22 ‘What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called the Messiah?’ Pilate asked. They all answered, ‘Crucify him!’

23 ‘Why? What crime has he committed?’ asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, ‘Crucify him!’

24 When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. ‘I am innocent of this man’s blood,’ he said. ‘It is your responsibility!’

25 All the people answered, ‘His blood is on us and on our children!’

26 Then he released Barabbas to them. But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

11 Jesus aber wurde vor den Statthalter gebracht; und der Statthalter fragte ihn und sprach: Bist du der König der Juden? Jesus aber sprach: Du sagst es.

12 Und als er von den Hohenpriestern und Ältesten verklagt wurde, antwortete er nichts.

13 Da sprach Pilatus zu ihm: Hörst du nicht, was sie alles gegen dich vorbringen?

14 Und er antwortete ihm nicht auf ein einziges Wort, sodass sich der Statthalter sehr verwunderte.

15 Zum Fest aber hatte der Statthalter die Gewohnheit, dem Volk einen Gefangenen loszugeben, welchen sie wollten.

16 Sie hatten aber zu der Zeit einen bekannten Gefangenen, der hieß Jesus Barabbas.

17 Und als sie versammelt waren, sprach Pilatus zu ihnen: Welchen wollt ihr? Wen soll ich euch losgeben, Jesus Barabbas oder Jesus, von dem gesagt wird, er sei der Christus?

18 Denn er wusste, dass sie ihn aus Neid überantwortet hatten.

19 Und als er auf dem Richterstuhl saß, schickte seine Frau zu ihm und ließ ihm sagen: Habe du nichts zu schaffen mit diesem Gerechten; denn ich habe heute viel erlitten im Traum um seinetwillen.

20 Aber die Hohenpriester und die Ältesten überredeten das Volk, dass sie um Barabbas bitten, Jesus aber umbringen sollten.

21 Da antwortete nun der Statthalter und sprach zu ihnen: Welchen wollt ihr? Wen von den beiden soll ich euch losgeben? Sie sprachen: Barabbas!

22 Pilatus sprach zu ihnen: Was soll ich dann machen mit Jesus, von dem gesagt wird, er sei der Christus? Sie sprachen alle: Lass ihn kreuzigen!

23 Er aber sagte: Was hat er denn Böses getan? Sie schrien aber noch mehr: Lass ihn kreuzigen!

24 Da aber Pilatus sah, dass er nichts ausrichtete, sondern das Getümmel immer größer wurde, nahm er Wasser und wusch sich die Hände vor dem Volk und sprach: Ich bin unschuldig am Blut dieses Menschen; seht ihr zu!

25 Da antwortete alles Volk und sprach: Sein Blut komme über uns und unsere Kinder!

26 Da gab er ihnen Barabbas los, aber Jesus ließ er geißeln und überantwortete ihn, dass er gekreuzigt würde.

마태복음 27:1-10 [개역개정]

1 새벽에 모든 대제사장과 백성의 장로들이 예수를 죽이려고 함께 의논하고

2 결박하여 끌고 가서 총독 빌라도에게 넘겨 주니라

3 그 때에 예수를 판 유다가 그의 정죄됨을 보고 스스로 뉘우쳐 그 은 삼십을 대제사장들과 장로들에게 도로 갖다 주며

4 이르되 내가 무죄한 피를 팔고 죄를 범하였도다 하니 그들이 이르되 그것이 우리에게 무슨 상관이냐 네가 당하라 하거늘

1 Early in the morning, all the chief priests and the elders of the people made their plans how to have Jesus executed.

2 So they bound him, led him away and handed him over to Pilate the governor.

3 When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders.

4 ‘I have sinned,’ he said, ‘for I have betrayed innocent blood.’ ‘What is that to us?’ they replied. ‘That’s your responsibility.’

5 So Judas threw the money into the temple and left. Then he went away and hanged himself.

6 The chief priests picked up the coins and said, ‘It is against the law to put this into the treasury, since it is blood money.’

7 So they decided to use the money to buy the potter’s field as a burial place for foreigners.

8 That is why it has been called the Field of Blood to this day.

9 Then what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled: ‘They took the thirty pieces of silver, the price set on him by the people of Israel,

10 and they used them to buy the potter’s field, as the Lord commanded me.’

1 Am Morgen aber hielten alle Hohenpriester und die Ältesten des Volkes einen Rat über Jesus, dass sie ihn töteten,

2 und sie banden ihn, führten ihn ab und überantworteten ihn dem Statthalter Pilatus.

3 Als Judas, der ihn verraten hatte, sah, dass er zum Tode verurteilt war, reute es ihn, und er brachte die dreißig Silberlinge den Hohenpriestern und Ältesten zurück

4 und sprach: Ich habe gesündigt, unschuldiges Blut habe ich verraten. Sie aber sprachen: Was geht uns das an? Da sieh du zu!

5 Und er warf die Silberlinge in den Tempel, ging davon und erhängte sich.

6 Aber die Hohenpriester nahmen die Silberlinge und sprachen: Es ist nicht recht, dass wir sie in den Tempelschatz legen; denn es ist Blutgeld.

7 Sie beschlossen aber, den Töpferacker davon zu kaufen zum Begräbnis für die Fremden.

8 Daher heißt dieser Acker Blutacker bis auf den heutigen Tag.

9 Da wurde erfüllt, was gesagt ist durch den Propheten Jeremia, der da spricht: »Sie nahmen die dreißig Silberlinge, den Preis, der geschätzt worden war – den hatten einige von den Israeliten geschätzt –,

10 und gaben sie für den Töpferacker, wie mir der Herr befohlen hat.«

70 베드로가 모든 사람 앞에서 부인하여 이르되 나는 네가 무슨 말을 하는지 알지 못하겠노라 하며

57 예수를 잡은 자들이 그를 끌고 대제사장 가야바에게로 가니 거기 서기관과 장로들이 모여 있더라

58 베드로가 멀찍이 예수를 따라 대제사장의 집 뜰에까지 가서 그 결말을 보려고 안에 들어가 하인들과 함께 앉아 있더라

59 대제사장들과 온 공회가 예수를 죽이려고 그를 칠 거짓 증거를 찾으매

60 거짓 증인이 많이 왔으나 얻지 못하더니 후에 두 사람이 와서

61 이르되 이 사람의 말이 내가 하나님의 성전을 헐고 사흘 동안에 지을 수 있다 하더라 하니

62 대제사장이 일어서서 예수께 묻되 아무 대답도 없느냐 이 사람들이 너를 치는 증거가 어떠하냐 하되

59 The chief priests and the whole Sanhedrin were looking for false evidence against Jesus so that they could put him to death.

60 But they did not find any, though many false witnesses came forward. Finally two came forward

61 and declared, ‘This fellow said, “I am able to destroy the temple of God and rebuild it in three days.” ’

62 Then the high priest stood up and said to Jesus, ‘Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?’

63 But Jesus remained silent. The high priest said to him, ‘I charge you under oath by the living God: Tell us if you are the Messiah, the Son of God.’

64 ‘You have said so,’ Jesus replied. ‘But I say to all of you: from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven.’

65 Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, ‘He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy.

66 What do you think?’ ‘He is worthy of death,’ they answered.

67 Then they spat in his face and struck him with their fists. Others slapped him

68 and said, ‘Prophesy to us, Messiah. Who hit you?’

57 Die aber Jesus ergriffen hatten, führten ihn zu dem Hohenpriester Kaiphas, wo die Schriftgelehrten und die Ältesten sich versammelt hatten.

58 Petrus aber folgte ihm nach von ferne bis zum Palast des Hohenpriesters und ging hinein und setzte sich zu den Knechten, um zu sehen, worauf es hinauswollte.

59 Die Hohenpriester aber und der ganze Hohe Rat suchten falsches Zeugnis gegen Jesus, dass sie ihn töteten,

60 und fanden keins, obwohl viele falsche Zeugen herzutraten. Zuletzt aber traten zwei herzu

61 und sprachen: Er hat gesagt: Ich kann den Tempel Gottes abbrechen und in drei Tagen aufbauen.

62 Und der Hohepriester stand auf und sprach zu ihm: Antwortest du nichts auf das, was diese gegen dich bezeugen?

63 Aber Jesus schwieg still. Und der Hohepriester sprach zu ihm: Ich beschwöre dich bei dem lebendigen Gott, dass du uns sagst, ob du der Christus bist, der Sohn Gottes.

64 Jesus sprach zu ihm: Du sagst es. Doch sage ich euch: Von nun an werdet ihr sehen den Menschensohn sitzen zur Rechten der Kraft und kommen auf den Wolken des Himmels.

65 Da zerriss der Hohepriester seine Kleider und sprach: Er hat Gott gelästert! Was bedürfen wir weiterer Zeugen? Siehe, jetzt habt ihr die Gotteslästerung gehört.

66 Was meint ihr? Sie antworteten und sprachen: Er ist des Todes schuldig.

67 Da spien sie ihm ins Angesicht und schlugen ihn mit Fäusten. Einige aber schlugen ihn ins Angesicht

68 und sprachen: Weissage uns, Christus, wer ist’s, der dich schlug?

47 말씀하실 때에 열둘 중의 하나인 유다가 왔는데 대제사장들과 백성의 장로들에게서 파송된 큰 무리가 칼과 몽치를 가지고 그와 함께 하였더라

48 예수를 파는 자가 그들에게 군호를 짜 이르되 내가 입맞추는 자가 그이니 그를 잡으라 한지라

49 곧 예수께 나아와 랍비여 안녕하시옵니까 하고 입을 맞추니

50 예수께서 이르시되 친구여 네가 무엇을 하려고 왔는지 행하라 하신대 이에 그들이 나아와 예수께 손을 대어 잡는지라

51 예수와 함께 있던 자 중의 하나가 손을 펴 칼을 빼어 대제사장의 종을 쳐 그 귀를 떨어뜨리니

52 Da sprach Jesus zu ihm: Stecke dein Schwert an seinen Ort! Denn wer das Schwert nimmt, der wird durchs Schwert umkommen.

53 Oder meinst du, ich könnte meinen Vater nicht bitten, und er würde mir sogleich mehr als zwölf Legionen Engel schicken?

54 Wie würde dann aber die Schrift erfüllt, dass es so geschehen muss?

55 Zu der Stunde sprach Jesus zu der Schar: Ihr seid ausgezogen wie gegen einen Räuber mit Schwertern und mit Stangen, mich gefangen zu nehmen? Habe ich doch täglich im Tempel gesessen und gelehrt, und ihr habt mich nicht ergriffen.

56 Aber das ist alles geschehen, auf dass erfüllt würden die Schriften der Propheten. Da verließen ihn alle Jünger und flohen.

36 이에 예수께서 제자들과 함께 겟세마네라 하는 곳에 이르러 제자들에게 이르시되 내가 저기 가서 기도할 동안에 너희는 여기 앉아 있으라 하시고

37 베드로와 세베대의 두 아들을 데리고 가실새 고민하고 슬퍼하사

38 이에 말씀하시되 내 마음이 매우 고민하여 죽게 되었으니 너희는 여기 머물러 나와 함께 깨어 있으라 하시고

39 조금 나아가사 얼굴을 땅에 대시고 엎드려 기도하여 이르시되 내 아버지여 만일 할 만하시거든 이 잔을 내게서 지나가게 하옵소서 그러나 나의 원대로 마시옵고 아버지의 원대로 하옵소서 하시고

36 Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, ‘Sit here while I go over there and pray.’

37 He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled.

38 Then he said to them, ‘My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.’

39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ‘My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.’

40 Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. ‘Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?’ he asked Peter.

41 ‘Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.’

42 He went away a second time and prayed, ‘My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done.’

43 When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy.

44 So he left them and went away once more and prayed the third time, saying the same thing.

45 Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, ‘Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners.

46 Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!’

36 Da kam Jesus mit ihnen zu einem Garten, der hieß Gethsemane, und sprach zu den Jüngern: Setzt euch hierher, solange ich dorthin gehe und bete.

37 Und er nahm mit sich Petrus und die zwei Söhne des Zebedäus und fing an zu trauern und zu zagen.

38 Da sprach Jesus zu ihnen: Meine Seele ist betrübt bis an den Tod; bleibt hier und wachet mit mir!

39 Und er ging ein wenig weiter, fiel nieder auf sein Angesicht und betete und sprach: Mein Vater, ist’s möglich, so gehe dieser Kelch an mir vorüber; doch nicht, wie ich will, sondern wie du willst!

40 Und er kam zu seinen Jüngern und fand sie schlafend und sprach zu Petrus: Konntet ihr denn nicht eine Stunde mit mir wachen?

41 Wachet und betet, dass ihr nicht in Anfechtung fallt! Der Geist ist willig; aber das Fleisch ist schwach.

42 Zum zweiten Mal ging er wieder hin, betete und sprach: Mein Vater, ist’s nicht möglich, dass dieser Kelch vorübergehe[2], ohne dass ich ihn trinke, so geschehe dein Wille!

43 Und er kam und fand sie abermals schlafend, und ihre Augen waren voller Schlaf.

44 Und er ließ sie und ging wieder hin und betete zum dritten Mal und redete abermals dieselben Worte.

45 Dann kam er zu den Jüngern und sprach zu ihnen: Ach, wollt ihr weiter schlafen und ruhen? Siehe, die Stunde ist da, dass der Menschensohn in die Hände der Sünder überantwortet wird.

46 Steht auf, lasst uns gehen! Siehe, er ist da, der mich verrät.

31 Then Jesus told them, ‘This very night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written: ‘ “I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.”

33 Peter replied, ‘Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.’

34 ‘Truly I tell you,’ Jesus answered, ‘this very night, before the cock crows, you will disown me three times.’

35 But Peter declared, ‘Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you.’ And all the other disciples said the same.

27 Und er nahm den Kelch und dankte, gab ihnen den und sprach: Trinket alle daraus;

28 das ist mein Blut des Bundes, das vergossen wird für viele zur Vergebung der Sünden.

29 Ich sage euch: Ich werde von nun an nicht mehr von diesem Gewächs des Weinstocks trinken bis an den Tag, an dem ich aufs Neue davon trinken werde mit euch in meines Vaters Reich.

30 Und als sie den Lobgesang gesungen hatten, gingen sie hinaus an den Ölberg.

31 Da sprach Jesus zu ihnen: In dieser Nacht werdet ihr euch alle ärgern an mir; denn es steht geschrieben: »Ich werde den Hirten schlagen, und die Schafe der Herde werden sich zerstreuen.«

32 Wenn ich aber auferstanden bin, will ich vor euch hingehen nach Galiläa.

33 Petrus aber antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Wenn sich auch alle an dir ärgern, so will ich doch mich niemals ärgern.

34 Jesus sprach zu ihm: Wahrlich, ich sage dir: In dieser Nacht, ehe der Hahn kräht, wirst du mich dreimal verleugnen.

35 Petrus sprach zu ihm: Und wenn ich mit dir sterben müsste, werde ich dich nicht verleugnen. Das Gleiche sagten auch alle Jünger.
